Ranjan Ghosh


Ranjan Ghosh, MD & CEO at H2m AYUSH Ventures Pvt Ltd, a visionary in Integrative Healthcare, Wellness and Life Coaching space. His mission is to create an online technology-driven, affordable, patient-centric and preventive Health and Wellness platform. Corporate Coaching and Life Coaching is another area of passion for him.

Ranjan Ghosh is a well known industry leader who steered many Strategy and Change Management initiatives successfully. An ardent proponent of bringing large-scale sustainable transformation in organisations, he firmly believes that people are at the core of any broad level systemic change. He is a champion in the field of strategic leadership capability building. He drove innovation in systems, structures and processes for effective implementation of strategy. He also led implementation of state-of-the-art performance management systems in the companies he worked.

He has more than 40 years of industry experience in oil & gas sector leading many prestigious projects and corporate functions.

He is also an Independent Director in an invest banking company.

An author, thought leader, passionate theatrics genius, creative designer, these are only a few facets of his towering personality.

Sanjay Kumar Kar


Sanjay Kumar Kar holds a Doctorate in Management. He is an Associate Professor at Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology (RGIPT) and Head, Department of Management Studies. Prior to joining RGIPT, he worked at School of Petroleum Management, Gandhi Nagar and IIM Ahmedabad. As a visiting faculty, he is associated with the Chonnam National University (South Korea), National Institute of Fashion Technology, India NTPC School of Business, Noida and other national level management institutes. 
He has two books namely ‘Natural Gas Markets in India’, 2017, Springer and ‘Energy Sustainability Through Green Energy’,2015 to his credit. He has written and published several case studies, research papers, book chapters, and conference papers. 

Dr. Kar has published research papers in reputed international journals and his columns are regularly featured in Financial Express, DNA, South Asia Monitor, Iran Review, Business World and Modern Diplomacy.

His current research interests are in the areas of retailing, distribution of petroleum and natural gas, energy policy and green energy. He also conducts management development programs for corporate executives, government officials on areas of management development and negotiation skills.

Manas Das

Founder & CEO

Passionate about Strategy & Change Management, Manas Das is an accomplished & result-oriented business leader with more than 27 years of extensive experience across all phases of business operations including Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate & Strategic Planning, Marketing, Business Development, Organizational Transformation, Learning & Development, and Plant Operations. He is a key strategist & implementer with proficiency in translating business vision and strategy into operational tactics; initiating & driving business transformation and productivity initiatives in a manner that instills major improvements in operational execution.

He is a renowned and trusted advisor for resolving various issues related to corporate governance and fiduciary duties, ethics and compliance, and strategic transactions. He is an IIT Kanpur, IIFT Delhi alumnus.

Outside of work, Manas tries to balance his passion for music and spirituality.

Dr. Pragya Mathur Kumar

Dr. Pragya earned her Master’s degree in Psychology from Panjab University Chandigarh, qualified the UGC-NET & JRF followed by a doctorate for her work on Organizational Stress. She holds a Diploma In Training and Development from the Indian Society for Training and Development, New Delhi. 

She is the recipient of the Gold Medal for Best Research Paper (Indian Society of Criminology) and  Emerging HRD Thinker Award(ISTD). Pragya is the author of two books and several research papers. Her articles are frequently published in the Hitavada. 

Having started her career at IIM (A), she has also worked at ICFAI University, ICFAI Business School, Centre for Organization Development, IILM Academy for Higher Learning. As a guest speaker, she is associated with ISA (Mount Abu) and NADT, NADP, NFSC, WCL, MECL, DAIMSER, DMIMS, Bhavans Ashti, KV Vayusena Nagar, Air Force School, Saraswati Vidyalaya at Nagpur.

She enjoys writing poetry, painting, reading and music (All India Radio Artist for Vocal Sugam Sangeet). She plays Badminton, Table Tennis, Chess and is also a Mental Skills coach for sportspersons. Dr.Pragya is the founder of Arunima Ankuran: An Initiative for Social Change through Self Development.

Dr. Dimpy Mahanta

Dr. Dimpy Mahanta is the Founding Head and Assistant Professor at the Department of Psychology in Cotton University, Guwahati. She had been a faculty in the Psychology Department in Shyama Prasad Mukherji College, Jesus & Mary College, Keshav Mahavidyalaya in Delhi University.

Her area of interest and specialization includes Organizational Behaviour, Occupational Stress, Positive Psychology, Applied Social Psychology, and Sports Psychology etc. She has extensively dealt with psychological issues of Police, Military & Paramilitary forces.

Dr. Mahanta co-authored a chapter titled Performance Appraisal in an edited book “Human Resource Management – Issues, Case Studies and Experiential Exercises”. She was instrumental in developing the content of Organizational Behaviour paper for post graduation, under e-PG Pathshala Mega-project of UGC. She has also published numerous research papers in journals of national and international repute. She has conducted several workshops on stress management, convened international seminars & conferences on Psychology. She is also an Expert Member in the Selection Boards of renowned Public Sector Undertakings  (PSUs) of the country.

Actively associated with Print, Radio and Electronic Media, Dr. Mahanta regularly writes in major news dailies to create and sensitise the masses on important psychological issues. She is frequently invited as panelist in television talk shows at prime time on all the regional news channels of Assam addressing on various social and psychological issues.

BK Krishna Murari Singh

BK Krishna Murari Singh had opportunity to work as Central Representative (Kendriya Pratinidhi) in Gayatri Parivaar and got attracted towards spirituality. He believes yoga and meditation are two sides of the same coin. He worked with Dr. Reddy’s for 6 years as a centre coordinator. He taught yoga there and also provided the ways to tackle various lifestyle issues, for example how to live stress-free life, focus on holistic growth, life skill etc. 

In 2009, he got attached to Brahmkumari’s and started giving Raja Yoga sessions. He is also a member of Medical & Health wing of Brahmakumari’s and  OM Shanti Retreat Camp where he conducts yoga & meditation workshops.

During his extensive yoga coaching journey he worked with LG, Sharda University, Delhi Technical Campus (Indraprastha University), Manlift, CISF, CRPF and developed special Yoga sessions to target problems related to bad posture, neck, shoulders and back pain caused from prolonged sitting and working on computers. He has extensive knowledge of naturopathy. 

He believes that physical health is attached to mental health and more than 90% of diseases are psychosomatic in nature caused by mental factors and when we go in deep meditation our body releases natural pain reliever, which makes us feel happy, reduces the anxiety level and  takes overall health condition towards positive direction. Also he thinks that we can improve a lot in corporate performance if we focus on development of the spiritual and emotional quotient.

Probal Ghosh is an accomplished professional with more than 27 years of experience in business development, sales, training and operations. He has extensive experience in enhancing process operations for sales management, corporate planning and customer relationship management. He has a proven track of implementing cost saving measures to achieve substantial reduction in terms of effort, cost and time.

He has worked with 360 Degree Customer Inc., SKAYP Intellect Kcapital, Ricoh India Ltd., Gestetner India Ltd., Modi Xerox Ltd., Global Tele-Systems Ltd. and Uni-Air Refrigeration Pvt. Ltd., in various capacities. He started his career with Usha International Ltd.


A Bachelor of Commerce from Patna University, and Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from NIPM, Kolkata. Probal received his Brain Based Coaching Certification from NeuroLeadership Institute, and has also undergone a number of Leadership training programs from Xerox, Dale Carnegie, MDI Gurgaon etc. 


Probal is adept in deploying effective training and quality practices for increased productivity and higher customer responsiveness. Mahua Adak Mandal

Mahua Adak Mandal is a certified soft skills trainer and corporate training consultant having more than 14 years of experience into training, conducting assessments, content development and business development. 

She has worked with more than 35 national & multinational companies like Accenture, Wipro Technologies, HCL Technologies, Infosys, Mphasis, L&T Technology, State Street, Atos India, KPMG Global Services, SAP Labs, Deutsche Bank, NIIT Technology etc., and accredited by Accenture, Wipro Technologies and HCL Technologies to conduct training programs. 

A Bachelor of Commerce from Wesley Degree College for Women, PGDBM from Osmania University, MHRM from Pondicherry University, MPhil from Christ University. Dr. Shehla Jamal

Dr. Shehla Jamal – MBBS, DGO, DNB & MRCOG (1) is an Assistant Professor at SMS&R – Sharda University. She is a core committee member of RNTCP – Gautam Buddha Nagar District. She is also working as North Zone Co-ordinator of Public Awareness Committee & Quiz committee member at FOGSI.

She is recipient of numerous prestigious awards, like the ‘Leaders of Tomorrow’, Yuva Awareness Award, Public Awareness Award in North Zone Yuva FOGSI. A gold-medalist for securing first position in post graduation from AMU, she won award of appreciation as the most dedicated doctor in SMS&R, Sharda University.

Dr. Shehla co-authored a chapter on Thalassemia in FOGSI FOCUS. She has to her credit numerous research papers published on national and international journals. Her research paper titled “Trends of VBAC at a Tertiary Care Centre” in UPCOG annual conference in 2008, won best paper award. In her social works as Obstetrician, she has contributed to monthly Pradhan Mantri Surakshit Matrutva Abhiyaan, by volunteering for services. She is an active participant of cancer detection camps, conducted in collaboration with World Healthal Trust since 2014. She is an active participant in departmental academic activities, panel discussions, case presentations and is In-charge of cancer detection clinic and menopausal health clinic in Sharda Hospital. Her ongoing projects include peri conceptional counselling research project at AIIMS.
