ValuEndow Training Development Process
NEED IDENTIFICATION: It starts with the skill gap analysis, where through feedback from employees or HR skill development plan we identify the skill area that needs to be built up in the organisation. The training programs that are needed is determined in this step. The training need assessment will identify the gaps in employee current skill set and the desired one. Here the goal is to identify the skill set which will lead to desired performance.
DESIGN INTERVENTION / TRAINING PROGRAM:The next step is to create a comprehensive action plan that answers to the questions like objectives, specific skill areas to be developed, identification of target audience, identification of best delivery mechanism, etc. The Training modules are developed by a team of domain experts. In-depth research work is done and the detailed design is shared with the client Learning & Development team for fine-tuning the complete package. Some of the training programs are also designed in view of the industry skill-gap needs. We always emphasise on quality of content and approach towards maximising Return on Investment on our Clients’ training budget.
DELIVERY: It is the step where training program comes to life. The training program is officially launched and conducted. The training performance is also monitored to ensure the program is effective. Our team of faculties personally take care to deliver client’s highest satisfaction level.
FEEDBACK: In this step a proper & immediate feedback of training program is taken from participants where they express their views about the program as to how it was and how the delivery/presentation was, followed by the feedback taken from them once they are back to their work evaluating the effectiveness of training at their workplace.
